  Fairly standard McDonald's.
  
  This McDonald's is right off of the 401, so the business is hit or miss for how busy it is. It's attached directly to a shell shop.
  
  We went late at night, and a lot of the tables had been neglected to be wiped down from previous customers. The washrooms themselves are all private, with no stalls, but hadn't been cleaned properly in a few days by the looks of them.
  
  The small chicken wrap I had was subpar(bearing in mind fast food quality isn't usually great), but the Oreo Frappe was one of the best I have had so far.
  
  I'm sure there are higher quality McDonald's in the area, but if you're looking for a pit stop off of the 401 this will do.

  So happy that Brighton finally get a McDonalds, this one is a bit on the small side but when I went I was I got good a faster service.

  Very disappointed in this new location! Their service is always unavailable between 3-4am. Doesn't matter if I come at 3 or 3:30am Thursday through Saturday, I'm always told their doing a system reset which takes 30 min. Very inconsistent and inconvenient. I asked the night manager Saturday April 30th if there is a specific time they do the system reset and was told it depends on who's working. Not worth the trip, such a waste of time!!!

  Been 3 times. Not got the order right once. Even the simplest of instructions seem to be to mich to handle. Ordered a hamburger extra ketchup. Apparently that means a cup of ketchup. Also had to wet napkins to clean our own table. Great visit.

  Slow ! Rude staff , unprofessional. This is my 4th bad experience and this time I had to write something !! Went in for 2 coffees. There was a guy in front of me saying he waited so long at the drive thru he eventually came in. The place was empty except for the man in front of me making a complaint. My 2 coffees took 6 minutes. There was 4 staff members standing around in the back. Why aren't they working as a team ?? Finally my husband came in after pumping $50 worth of gas and paying for it next door and said " are those coffees almost done ? Its been almost 1O mins " the girl rolled her eyes at us and said it's been 300 seconds . Finally a couple more mins later we get the coffees and there's a hair on my lid !!! No joke....I'm totally grossed out. Get your S**t together !! I'm going to try and call someone higher on the chain because they treat people like crap ( other than a few nice staff) and they never Get orders right ....
